Stuffed Mooli Paratha is yummy shallow fried Indian bread belonging to Punjabi cuisine. This easy recipe uses stuffing prepared with shredded mooli and various other spices. Kanji is basically a rice soup. It is so comforting to eat on a rainy or a cold day. My mom used to make it for dinners atleast couple of times a month. Not to forget how comforting it is to have it to have it when you are sick with fever or cold.

It is usually made with a type of rice commonly eaten in Kerala called the Chemba Rice (Matta Rice). It has a red hue to it with small red lines. I think Kanji used to be more of a poor man's staple, but these days all Star Hotels serve them as a delicacy.
Though Kanji tastes great on its own, there are a lot of typical items that go with it. Green Moong is one of them. Some people cook the moong along with the rice. I like it separate. Other things are coconut, pickle (typically mango or lime) and pappadad are best side dish.

I love Sweet potatoes! And always loved eating it as such. There are always certain things that you just eat as such and never can imagine it being incorporated in a dish right. Sweet Potatoes are such things for me.
I have used curry leaves in this paratha so that my daughter can eat that without discarding it, since she loves parathas. 
I always make parathas two ways, one stuffed way and the other blended with the flour. When you blend the stuffing mix to the flour you can end up making the parathas much quicker than the regular stuffed way. We had these for our breakfast this morning with just Curds and Avakkai and can tell you that it was simply too good.
